Capacity Building Programme

The Capacity Building Programme is to offer professional support and consultancy services to clients, both partners and non-partners.

Within the programme annual HCN conferences, biennial policy roundtables are organized, comparative learning sessions, individual coaching, ssupervised consultancy practice opportunity provided through individual projects,  personal learning opportunities are offered via secondments, study visity, mentoring, action learning sets, as well as through European collaborations with international organizations and universities our consultancy profile is sthrengthened, and summer internship is provided.

Much of the activity within the Capacity Building Programme is provided free of charge to participants with costs covered by members who are hosting the event. This applies to the annual conference hosted by a member region and biennial policy roundtables also hosted by member regions. For other events a minimal fee to cover delivery costs may be charged. These can include: personal learning experiences for members via secondments, study visits, mentoring, master classes, action learning sets.

Learning from client-funded projects would be also documented as case-studies to be made available to members through this Knowledge Lab website.
